Requirements to the Renter
Minimum age - 18 years old.Original documents: passport and driving license.
For citizens of Thailand: credit card, ID, driving license.
If the car cannot be rented because the required documents are not provided, the booking will be marked as “No-show” and the payment will not be refunded.
Insurance
All cars are insured with Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability (CMTPL) and Comprehensive and Collision Insurance.The insurance is included in the price of the car rental.
In the event of an accident where the renter is at fault or fault has not been proven, the renter is liable up to the amount of the deposit (excess).
The excess applies to each insured event.
If the accident is caused by a third party, the deposit is refunded.
If the renter purchases the SCDW (with a zero excess) insurance option, he/she does not have to pay the excess in the event of a road accident.
The insurance includes:
- Compensation of costs in the event of a road accident/ car theft.
- Life and health insurance for third parties, the renter and passengers.
- Insurance of third party movable and immovable assets.
Rates
Include: rental cost, insurance, additional driver, GPS, special child seat.Do not include: additional services, petrol cost, paid parking, fines.
Rental terms
If the Renter fails to pick up the car at the specified time, the Renter shall pay the rental term commencing on the date and time specified in the order form.The cost of car rental is given for a period of 24 hours.
The cost of a 1-month rental is based on 30 calendar days.
The Renter has to return the car no later than the Date and Time specified in the agreement. Otherwise, Renter will be charged the all amount of the security deposit.
If the car is returned before the specified term, the Lessor reserves the right not to issue a refund for unused days.
If the rental term specified in the agreement is changed, the Lessor must be notified beforehand. No less than four days.
The Lessor shall have the right to refuse to rent a car or to extend the current agreement without giving any reasons.
Rental payment
The full rental payment is due prior to taking possession of the car.The Renter also pays for the excess deposit, the size of which depends on the brand of the chosen vehicle. The excess deposit for a passenger car is 5000 baht and 7000 baht for SUVs, pickups, 7 seater cars and minivans.
The renter agrees to pay the Excess deposit upon signing the rental agreement.
The Excess deposit is refunded to the Renter upon returning the car and satisfying all the conditions of the rental agreement.
Payment is made in cash or by card.
A 3 % commission is taken for card payments.
Car refuel
The rented car should be returned with the same level of fuel as when rented, otherwise, the calculation will be carried out at the price specified in the agreement.Car operation
There is a mileage limit of 200 km/day if the car is rented for less than 7 days. Additional kilometers are charged at 2 baht/km.
The rented car may not be used for commercial purposes (taxi, commercial cargo transportation).The car may not be used over rough ground (beaches).
The Renter may not drive the rented car outside of the Kingdom of Thailand.
In the event of a breakdown or mechanical troubles, immediately inform the Rental Company representative.
The rental company shall authorize repairs or change of the car.
In the event of a road traffic accident, you must inform the rental company representative. Please keep copies of all documents, which you filled in when registering the details of the road traffic accident.
Car delivery
Cars are delivered from 10.00 till 18.00.
Car delivery within Pattaya is free of charge if the rental period is 7 days or more.

When renting for 4 to 6 days: Delivery within the defined area – 300 Baht.
Delivery to Suvarnabhumi airport (Bangkok) costs 3500 baht one way.
Delivery to Utapao airport (Pattaya) costs 2200 baht one way.
In all other cases, delivery is carried out upon agreement.
